So many times I receive messages and jump in the conversation after minutes. The clients have already left. It would be amazing to be able to send my answer by email so they can receive it and answer or jump back in the live chat to continue the conversation. Jivochat does that for example.

I have a a lot of junk and tests that I'd like to get rid of. Please provide an option to delete conversations, tickets and contacts.

Bot can not generated knowledge base from the shopify data, i have added token, shopify is integrated in the bot, still bot not showing the product data.

Allow to edit Contact Details. This would be helpful because you can get their names etc. through the "Capture customer info" Module or chat. Or update the Name, E-Mails on the Contact View when a Chat User submits the "Capture customer info". So my problem is that there is no way for the contact to be edited / updated. I realise that the user can enter the data using the capture customer info function, but the contact is not updated and the data is not stored anywhere. Now to find out who the person is, I would have to go through the chat where the form is filled out and that is not ideal. And, for example, I can't use a variable for the name to address the person personally after filling out the form (capture customer info). I don't want the user to leave their data before they can write to the bot. I hope this is understandable :)

It would be great if CXGenie became GDPR compliant. This is essential for businesses operating in or serving the EU.

Send announcements to customers when a staff member replies to his chat.

I have a lot of users on my contact list that I would like to delete to keep the list organized, but there is no such function. It would be important to have the option to delete the users from the contact list that we want.

The goal is for the bot to identify the ad the user is chatting from and respond based on the ad's data.
