I’m encountering an issue with cxgenie and need your help. Here’s the problem: I had linked my Facebook page to a cxgenie account and everything was working fine, including adding prompts. Suddenly, I started getting this error: "invalid input syntax for type uuid: "". I created a new cxgenie account and linked the same Facebook page to it, but the same error occurred. I even created a new cxgenie account, a new Facebook account, and a new page, but the error still persists. Does anyone know why this might be happening or how I can fix it?

Could you please incorporate a bulk deletion feature under the training data tab?

We need the ability to set working hours individually for each bot we create, rather than assuming all bots will have the same working hours. Each bot operates on different platforms and serves different clients, so their working hours will vary accordingly.

The goal is for the bot to identify the ad the user is chatting from and respond based on the ad's data.

When our customers click in the support feature, they will be led to CX Genie and know that this is not entirely our product
