I understand that updates and implementations of new features are being carried out and I congratulate you on the excellent work and attention you are giving to users.

I would just like to ask you to kindly prioritize integration with WhatsApp.

As we use WhatsApp for customer service, I am eagerly awaiting this integration to use CX Genie in our operations, as several suggestions we included here have already been addressed.
