A feature that I would have expected, considering that we are now in 2025, would be to be able to have a translation scheme also for the backend, at least for those who resell services in whitelabel. If I have Italian customers, they do not expect to have a service platform in English. So accessing a service resold in Italy, and finding an interface in English is not very nice. I would ask you to be able to allow the interface and the messages relating to the communications that customers receive to be translated into the language that the user wants.
