Hello CX Genie Support Team,
I have sent two emails regarding my subscription issue. Despite providing both my LTD code and workspace ID in the same email, and even though it's been over 48 hours, my account still shows "free trial" status instead of the Tier 3 subscription I purchased.

Your support commitment is to respond within 24 hours, yet I have received no update. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will pursue a refund and consider taking legal action.
