I am a premium package member of CXgenie. I successfully created a chatbot and entered all the relevant and necessary information into the training data centre. I also properly configured and integrated the chatbot onto my website without any issues.
However, when a client tries to interact with the chatbot on the platform, the bot fails to respond. Instead of providing answers or feedback, it only displays a “typing…” status continuously and never delivers any actual response to the user.
Please help.
