Modify/edit Contact Details

Allow to edit Contact Details. This would be helpful because you can get their names etc. through the "Capture customer info" Module or chat.
Or update the Name, E-Mails on the Contact View when a Chat User submits the "Capture customer info".
So my problem is that there is no way for the contact to be edited / updated. I realise that the user can enter the data using the capture customer info function, but the contact is not updated and the data is not stored anywhere. Now to find out who the person is, I would have to go through the chat where the form is filled out and that is not ideal.
And, for example, I can't use a variable for the name to address the person personally after filling out the form (capture customer info). I don't want the user to leave their data before they can write to the bot.

Hi there!
After a customer fills out and submits the form in Captured Customer Info (Default Form), agents can update their details by setting them as the main information (as shown in the pictures). This is how you keep the information up to date!
If you’d like to save the results and access them later, we recommend using the Custom Form in the Capture Customer Info block.
For addressing customers by name using variables, simply type {{ to bring up the list of available variables and select {{customer.name}}. However, keep in mind that this will only use the name the customer originally provided—it won’t pull the name from the form unless it has been set as the main information.
