I’m encountering an issue with cxgenie and need your help.

Here’s the problem:

I had linked my Facebook page to a cxgenie account and everything was working fine, including adding prompts.

Suddenly, I started getting this error: "invalid input syntax for type uuid: "".

I created a new cxgenie account and linked the same Facebook page to it, but the same error occurred.

I even created a new cxgenie account, a new Facebook account, and a new page, but the error still persists.

Does anyone know why this might be happening or how I can fix it?
