CXGenie is feature packed, but there is no sign of custom fields. These are incredibly important for any business so they can adapt & get information that matters most to their specific industry/sector. I love the ability to create forms in workflow and these can be submitted/posted to an outside source of our choice. However, there needs to be the ability to use this data internally too directly through CXGenie.
It would be great if you could enable custom fields in the following area:
A) In Workflow > "Capture Customer Information" > allow to add custom fields > any data captured in these would also be available to see in the Chat User section too so it can be directly related with the customer - not just the standard name,email,gender...
B) In Workflow > "Tickets" > allow these custom fields above to be used by us (maybe dynamic variable code?) to be included when we use the "Create Ticket" function in workflow
Example: I need to collect the customers postcode/zipcode - I add a custom field called "zipcode" - and can see this in the user section too. I may wish to create a ticket, and in the "Type message you want to send with ticket *" I can write - Hello {{name}}, we are about to update your postcode to {{zipcode}}, please standby for further ticket updates.
