I have checked this feature and I think it is working properly but it still needs some important improvements.
First - When the bot opens on its own and shows a preset message.
Second - If a customer wants to talk to us, they will see this preset message. As soon as they reply, like "Hey, hello, I want something" or whatever the customer's message is, the bot will immediately ask for the customer's contact information.
Third - After customer enter their contact information and then we will receive a notification via the CX Genie Application or email that a customer wants to talk to us.
Important notes - This feature is necessary because if around 200 customers visit my website in a day, the bot will show a preset message to those 200 customers.
In the current condition, we would receive 200 notifications a day via email or the CX Genie application, which would be very annoying.
However, if we make some improvements to this feature so that we only receive notifications for those customers who have provided their contact information after seeing our preset message, it would be much more refined.
This way, we would only receive notifications from customers who truly want to talk to us.
