One feature that is VERY interesting—and I saw on another platform—is the bot's ability to send images. It works this way:
  1. You upload an image to the bot's knowledge base and describe what the image is about. For example: "This image describes how to do 'XYZ.'"
  2. A user asks, "How do I do XYZ?" The bot answers based on the knowledge base (text) and also adds the picture at the end.
That way, we have both text and image descriptions for user queries, which is very efficient for support and sales purposes.
